Crab Bisque Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
4 c. light cream
2 c. lump crabmeat
1/2 c. sherry
parsley sprigs
dash of nutmeg
dash of seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red peppers (ground)
Preparation

In the
top
of
the
double
boiler blend flour with a little cream
until
smooth.
Slowly
stir
rest
of cream and bring to a \"just boil\" over direct heat, stirring constantly. Stir in crabmeat and rest of ingredients.
Serves 6.
