Autumn Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
salt
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, grapes, almonds and oranges in a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, onion and desired salt.
Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently.
Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
Yields:
4 cups.
