Chinese-Style Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat shortening in skillet.
    Drop in vegetables; stir well. Cover tightly; steam 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring several times.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
