Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole boneless chicken breasts
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked a few minutes or 2 cans asparagus
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium can mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Cut chicken breasts in half; saute with the preceding.
    Add remaining ingredients except the vegetables.
    Simmer until cheese melts.
    In 9 x 13-inch casserole, put vegetables on bottom; cover with chicken mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 to heat through, about 1/2 hour.
    Longer if taken out of the refrigerator.
