Rhubarb Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
    2 c. cherries (fresh or frozen)
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
    4 to 5 drops red food coloring
    pastry for double crust pie (9 to 10-inch)
Preparation
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Put in rhubarb and part of the sugar and tapioca, then put in cherries, food coloring and rest of sugar and tapioca.
    Top with lattice crust.
    Bake 60 minutes (400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and 350\u00b0 for remaining time).
