Raisin Puff Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Preparation

Cook raisins and water until water is gone. Set aside to cool. Cream together the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add soda, salt and flour. Stir in raisins. Roll in ball and dip in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 8 minutes.
