Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. (1 qt.) squash
1 grated carrot
1 onion
1 small jar pimentos
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Cook squash until done.
Mix all ingredients with cooked squash.
Put half of stuffing on bottom of dish.
Put the squash mixture in and cover with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, or about 30 minutes.
Makes 2 dishes and freezes well.
