Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. oats
Preparation

Cream together sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add vanilla, peanut butter and oats.
Beat until thick and smooth.
Spoon onto waxed paper to cool.
