Shelby'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines golden cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. old style buttermilk
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cocoa
1/2 bottle red food coloring
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick Blue Bonnet margarine

Preparation

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, buttermilk, cocoa and baking soda. Add food coloring to batter.
Bake in greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
For a very moist cake, don't overbake or brown. Let cake cool.
