Quick Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, diced
    1 garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. drained canned chickpeas, kidney beans or pinto beans
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's condensed beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    generous dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan over medium high heat cook bacon until crisp.
    Add garlic, coriander and cumin.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
