Creole Wieners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    3 c. minced onions
    2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 to 10 wieners
Preparation
    Pan broil bacon, cut into 1/2-inch squares until half done. Saute onions until lightly browned.
    Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Place wieners on top.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Uncover and boil hard 8 to 10 minutes.
