Hot Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cans white hominy
1 can Ro-Tel
1/2 lb. browned sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
dash of salt
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Drain hominy.
Mix all ingredients in a casserole bowl, except cheese.
Dot cheese on top.
Place in oven at 300\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.\tAll ingredients are cooked, but should be bubbly hot.
Onions should cook in the 20 minutes.
