Gooey Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (24 count) frozen parker house rolls
1 3-oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
another 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Lightly sprinkle 1/2 c. pecans over bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan (or 2 round cake pans). Place frozen rolls at random on top of nuts. Pour melted butter over rolls. Make a mixture of brown sugar, 1/2 c. pecans, and dry pudding. Sprinkle over rolls. Cover pan or pans with a tea towel and let set overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 min. Turn over onto plate.
