Peter Pan Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. peanut butter
    3 vegetable bouillon cubes
    4 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Blend in peanut butter.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to peanut butter mixture gradually, blending well after each addition.
    Stir in lemon juice; heat to serving temperature.
