Creamy Potato Hokkaido Style - cooking recipe

8 potatoes
2 vegetable cubes
1 liter milk
Parmesan cheese, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
chopped spring onion, to taste
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice.
Cook potatoes with vegetable cubes and milk on medium heat until tender.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with spring onions before serving.
