Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 red or green pepper, cut into strips
    16 oz. can green beans, drained
    8 1/4 oz. can sliced carrots, drained
Preparation
    Cook garlic in oil.
    Add celery, pepper strips and oregano. Cook until tender-crisp.
    Add beans and carrots.
    Heat through. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
