Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. Coil Kideo thin noodles
1 c. regular uncooked rice
3 cans chicken broth
Preparation

In large Teflon or electric skillet melt butter then add noodles and saute until slightly browned.
Add rice and broth and simmer for 1/2 hour, stir often.
If it gets too thick, add a little water.
Serves 8, good with oven-baked chicken breasts.
