Ham Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. seedless raspberry jam
1 Tbsp. margarine
parsley or watercress
Preparation

In saucepan, blend wine and lemon juice into cornstarch.
Add 1/2 of jam.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Stir in remaining jam and margarine.
Heat and stir until margarine is melted.
Brush ham with glaze.
Garnish ham with parsley or watercress.
