Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle flour over cold milk and shake.
    Gradually add to hot mixture, stirring until thickens.
    Remove from heat and add sliced cheese.
