Hazelnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease 5 (3 1/2-inch) muffin pans or 12 (2 1/2-inch) cups. In large cooking bowl, stir the flour, 2/3 cup nuts, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In medium mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk and oil.
    Add egg mixture all at once to dry mixture.
    Stir just until moist.
    Put into muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Can be frosted if you want.
