Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. baked mashed potatoes
1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Heat oven
to
400\u00b0.
Grease pan.
Sift flour; add salt to potatoes.
Add shortening; mix milk in gradually.
Roll out dough and
cut
with biscuit cutter or shape with hands.\tBake 15 minutes or until brown.
Butter at once.
Serve hot.
