6 Tbsp. oleo or butter
breaded beef cutlets or breaded boneless chicken cutlets
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt oleo or butter in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Place your cutlets in baking dish.
Bake in hot oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn meat and continue baking 15 minutes or until tender.
