Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. American cheese, melted
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Add crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter to top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
