Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bread cubes
1 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Place cubed bread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; mix in a bowl melted butter, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and sugar.
Blend well.
Pour over bread; sprinkle raisins over and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm, about 50 minutes.
