Crab Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of shrimp soup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (7 oz.) can crab, shrimp or lobster
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. very fine chopped green onions (include tops)
1/2 c. very fine chopped celery
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Heat gelatin, soup and cream cheese until melted.
Use a wire whip to cream it.
Remove from heat and add all other ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill. Unmold and serve with crackers.
Makes one large mold or two small.
