Chinese Won Ton Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 lb. seedless raisins
    14 oz. bag coconut flakes
    5 pkg. won ton skins
Preparation
    Mix sugar, raisins and coconut in large bowl.
    Place a scant teaspoon in each won ton skin.
    Moisten edges, fold into triangle and deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain thoroughly on paper towels.
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes 250!
