Roasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. pecan pieces
12 (1 oz.) squares chocolate flavored candy coating
Preparation

Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
Place candy coating in top of double broiler, bring water to boil.
Reduce heat to low, and cook until coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes; add pecans and stir until coated.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Let cool completely.
Yields about 4 dozen.
