Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) warm beer
    1 stick oleo, softened
    garlic salt to taste
    parsley flakes to taste
    Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Add warm beer slowly.
    Mixture will be tacky.
    Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Brush the top with oleo after baking.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of warm bread.
