Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 c. dry milk (instant)
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. boiling water

Preparation

Melt butter.
Boil water.
In processor, combine sugar and instant dry milk.
Turn processor on; pour in melted butter and boiling water.
Blend for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
