Arkansas Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in 1/2-inch strips.
    Place in bowl; add salt and seasoned pepper and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Mix corn oil and cornstarch; pour over chicken and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle paprika over chicken; add unbeaten egg whites. Mix a little and let stand 15 minutes.
    Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet.
    Add chicken.
    Turn every few minutes until brown as you desire.
