Iron Skillet Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick margarine
3 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
vanilla to taste
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa in small mixing bowl.
Melt margarine in an iron skillet; add sugar mixture.
Beat egg yolks. Add milk; beat together.
Add a little at a time to mixture in skillet, stirring constantly.
Cook slowly until thick.
Add vanilla; cool.
Pour into 8-inch pie crust (cooked).
Top with meringue of egg whites.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
