Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans yams
    1 stick butter
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 bag large marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain yams; set liquid aside.
    Mash yams; add butter, sugar and vanilla.
    If too dry, add a little liquid.
    Roll into ball around a marshmallow, then roll through coconut or crushed cornflakes.
    Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Use as needed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or less.
