Salsa San Angelo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    2 to 5 jalapeno peppers
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. corn or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Chop onion, peppers and garlic in small pieces.
    Saute in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add remainder of ingredients. Simmer over low heat 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
