Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 medium onions
    2 bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 to 2 lb. round steak
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Fry meat
    without flour;
    brown.
    Take meat out and fry onions and
    bell
    peppers.
    While\tthis
    is
    cooking
    dissolve cornstarch, soy sauce and water.
    Then add pepper, garlic salt and salt
    to
    fried
    onions
    and bell peppers.\tThen add cornstarch to onions and peppers; add meat and simmer.
