Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (1 lb.) box biscuit mix
Preparation

Grate the cheese.
Prepare biscuit mix as box directs.
Mix sausage and cheese into biscuit dough (hands work better than spoon).
Shape into balls the size of quarters.
Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
