Swedish Tea Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter; remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup powdered sugar, water and vanilla. Gradually blend flour; add pecans to make pastry-like dough. Pinch off dough in teaspoon size balls or crescents. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Carefully remove. Dust with powdered sugar; cool. Dust again. Makes about 40.
