Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. soda
1 c. nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in pineapple.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
