Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can shrimp or crabmeat
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together and place in buttered quiche dish or pan.
In blender or with a whisk, mix next four ingredients and pour over ingredients in dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
May substitute Egg Beaters for eggs and use skim milk to lower fat content.
Serves four.
