Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
    1/2 lb. fine grated sharp cheddar cheese
    9 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. pecans, chopped (divided)
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. parsley flakes (divided)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    chili powder
Preparation
    Take the cheeses from the refrigerator and let soften.
    In a large mixing bowl, blend cheeses with 1/2 cup of pecans, 1/4 cup parsley and the remaining ingredients.
    Beat with mixer to mix well.
    Form into a ball.
    Sprinkle remaining pecans, parsley and a generous coating of chili powder onto wax paper and roll cheese ball in mixture until well coated.
    Chill
    until well set.
    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving.
    Serve with your choice of snack crackers.
