Freezer French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    oil
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into French fry strips.
    Scald in boiling water for 2 minutes.
    Drain and dry well with absorbent paper towels.
    Fry in oil until light brown.
    Drain and cool quickly.
    Freeze separately on a baking sheet.
    Then package and store in freezer.
