Mississippi Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box (18 1/2 oz.) spice cake mix
1 box (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
Mix all ingredients and beat well.
Pour into pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
