Sour Cream Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour or whole wheat
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Whip for mixing, no spoon. Put 2 tablespoons of batter per cake. Bake on hot griddle.
Very light, much like sour dough pancakes.
