Baked Eggs For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    1 (16 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat milk, eggs and sugar. Add cheese and margarine.
    Mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake in a large cast-iron skillet 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
