Stove Top Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash (several small to medium)
    butter or margarine (2 Tbsp. or so, depending on amount of vegetable)
    cheese (Velveeta or cheese of your choice)
    crackers (if desired)
    salt
    a dash of pepper
Preparation
    Clean and cut squash; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook until tender. Add butter or margarine and cheese. You can add crackers. Add seasoning at the last minute if you choose to.
