Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium avocados, seeded, peeled and cut up
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender container.
Cover and blend until well combined.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 6 to 8.
