Longjohns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yeast, dissolved in 1 c. water and set aside
    1/2 c. lard
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve above in 1 cup hot water.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast and 2 eggs.
    Add 7 to 8 cups flour.
    Let rise; knead and rise again.
    Roll and cut.
    Rise; deep fry.
    Frost with maple flavored frosting.
