Paper Cup Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can pitted Bing cherries, well drained
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 diced banana
    4 drops red food coloring
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, drained pineapple, banana and red coloring to give pink tint.
    Fold in nuts and cherries. Spoon into fluted paper muffin cups (large) placed in muffin cup pans. Freeze.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    After freezing, remove from pan and store in freezer.
    Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to loosen paper cups. Peel off paper and serve plain or on lettuce leaf.
