Rice-A-Roni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. rice
8 oz. spaghetti noodles in 1 inch pieces (2 cups)
4 tbsp. margarine or butter
4 c. beef broth or water and bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain. Brown rice and spaghetti in butter. Add beef, onion and broth. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice and spaghetti are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
