Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. peas
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat & onion in oleo, add vegetables, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer about one hour. (I use some frozen mixed vegetables with this also).
