Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, steamed and mashed
2 c. milk
16 oz. canned chicken broth
1 slice onion
1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Heat in microwave or saucepan to serving temperature, stirring until smooth.
Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.
